CANCELLATION POLICY

If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, I respectfully request at least 12 hours notice. Cancellations or missed appointments will result in a 100% charge of the service amount. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and there will be a 100% charge of the service amount.
